Key Responsibilities:

• Lead health and safety initiatives and compliance audits

• Supervise operating staff in the steam plant

• Support crew performance through effective coaching

• Drive continuous improvement in work practices

• Act decisively as Incident Commander in critical emergencies

Requirements:

• Minimum of valid Inter-Provincial 2nd Class Power Engineering Certificate

• Background in Kraft/Pulp Mill operations preferred

• Demonstrated success in supervisory roles

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP

• Excellent communication abilities across organizational levels
