Field Engineer in Geotechnical Projects

We are actively seeking a dedicated Geotechnical/Civil Field Engineer on a contract basis. This role is crucial for supporting construction project delivery across Alberta and British Columbia. You will regularly engage with various project stakeholders and oversee critical QA/QC activities to ensure project success and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform constructability reviews on construction sites

• Carry out field inspections and ensure quality control

• Manage testing and validation of geotechnical installations

• Communicate with clients and project team members effectively

• Identify and address field issues proactively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of field experience in construction oversight

• Understanding of engineering drawings and specifications

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
