In this vital role at Highland Valley Copper, you'll manage tailings construction planning from start to finish. Collaborating closely with diverse teams, your responsibilities will include guideline compliance and environmental protection in all project components. This position requires exceptional communication, project oversight, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety initiatives and enforce environmental policies

• Foster collaboration with management and technical staff

• Mentor intermediate and junior engineers

• Create long-term dam construction plans

• Supervise QA/QC for all construction activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering discipline

• Five years of mine planning or construction experience

• Strong skills in reading technical drawings

• Understanding of project scheduling principles

• Valid driver’s license required
