Laminated Veneer Lumber Engineer

We are seeking a skilled engineer or specialist with a relevant trades certification or engineering degree and at least three years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in forest products.
Your role will involve PLC and HMI programming, equipment commissioning, and troubleshooting, ensuring high standards in process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion initiatives for process improvement
• Drive change through innovative solutions
• Conduct experimental trials for process control
• Analyze data to resolve complex issues
• Support after-hours operations on rotation
Requirements:
• Trades certification or engineering degree
• Minimum 3 years of industrial experience
• Proficient in PLC programming (Allen Bradley preferred)
• Experience with Factory Talk and industrial automation
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
