McElhanney is looking for an enthusiastic Civil Engineer-In-Training focused on water, wastewater, and land development initiatives.
This role offers dynamic engagements with clients, technical learning opportunities, and exposure to real-world applications across various projects. Collaborate with skilled engineers while contributing to practical infrastructure solutions that benefit indigenous communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with design and delivery of essential infrastructure projects
• Participate in direct client interactions and project meetings
• Engage in technical support for wastewater and stormwater systems
• Contribute to land development processes including grading
• Aid in preparation of reports and drawing specifications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• EIT registration in British Columbia or eligibility
• 0–2 years of experience in civil infrastructure
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
• Ability to undertake field reviews and inspections
