Geotechnical Project Manager

Lead innovative geotechnical projects with EXP in Kamloops, BC. This role combines technical expertise and client relations for impactful outcomes in both natural and built environments.

We seek a motivated Geotechnical Engineer and Project Manager to join EXP Kamloops. You'll be instrumental in guiding projects from concept to completion, leading a team of Engineers and Technicians. Your extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, coupled with business development skills, will allow you to cultivate strong client relationships and mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members

• Champion Safety and Quality standards in operations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Prepare and approve proposals for business growth

• Manage geotechnical and materials testing projects

Requirements:

• Registered P.Eng. with EGBC or ability to transfer

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering

• 10-15 years of progressive experience

• Strong understanding of materials testing

• Experience in shoring systems is an asset
