In this senior leadership role, you will leverage your metallurgical expertise to direct client services and enhance project outcomes. Your P. Eng designation will be instrumental in fostering partnerships and driving strategic initiatives that align with ALS’s mission. You will mentor staff, oversee testing programs, and ensure quality in reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consulting services on metallurgical test programs
• Initiate business development efforts across North America
• Manage and mentor a team of metallurgists
• Review technical reports for high standards
• Evaluate new technologies for process improvements
Requirements:
• P. Eng designation essential
• Minimum 5-7 years of related experience
• Degree in Metallurgy or equivalent
• Background in project management
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
