Position: Manager of Bridge Operations at CN
Oversee bridge operations and maintenance at CN in BC, ensuring efficient rail traffic management. Drive safety and reliability through rigorous program development and inspections.

As the Manager of Bridge Operations, your responsibility includes maintaining capital projects for the Bridges and Structures group. You will oversee inspection processes, manage maintenance drawings, and collaborate closely with engineering teams. Your expertise will guide the development of capital plans to ensure rail integrity and efficiency in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of a short- and long-term maintenance strategy

• Prioritize repair and replacement schedules for structures

• Review and audit the condition of bridges

• Guide engineering consultants in bridge maintenance

• Conduct audits for safety and compliance standards

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of bridge construction and assessment experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Professional Engineer certification (P.Eng)

• Familiarity with heavy load assessments

• Fall Protection Certification preferred
