We are looking for a Transportation Planning Engineer with five or more years of experience in traffic modelling and planning. In this key role, you will support project development, build strong client relationships, and mentor upcoming engineers, all while fostering growth and sustainability in transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee transportation planning efforts ensuring quality
• Conduct traffic modelling and use software for analysis
• Author and evaluate transportation impact studies and reports
• Collect and interpret traffic data for project inputs
• Communicate findings through documentation and presentations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility
• Minimum of five years in transportation and modelling
• Experience with municipal clients and multidisciplinary teamwork
• Strong analytical skills and capability to mentor others
