This role offers the chance to engage deeply with hydrologic assessments and modelling as part of a collaborative team will provide oversight for projects and lead water resource initiatives across multiple sectors, specifically mining. Your leadership will enhance the capabilities and skills of junior staff through mentoring and technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct hydrologic modelling and assessments project-wide
• Conduct quality reviews and stamp significant technical deliverables
• Guide water management and balance strategies
• Monitor and report on hydrometric program data
• Facilitate mentorship and technical support for team members
Requirements:
• Requires a Master’s degree in Geoscience, Engineering, or similar
• At least 13 years of hydrology experience needed
• Professional registration (P.Geo. or P.Eng.) is essential
• Expertise with Gold Sim, R, and climate-related assessments
• Proficiency in communication across technical and non-technical audiences
