• Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature areas with care and quality to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
• Packs orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
• Ensures that picked products are of high quality (e.g., no damaged products, freshest product selection).
• Documents and labels all orders correctly through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Optimizes tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
• Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and provides service that supports issue resolution.
• Adheres to safety and food hygiene standards, maintains a clean work area, cleans spills promptly, ensures totes are clean and debris-free before packing, and operates material handling equipment safely with pre-use inspections. Demonstrates behaviors that support the organization’s mission and values.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrates flexibility to meet daily delivery schedules and customer requests.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
