We are seeking a dedicated Cashier and Slot Attendant to join Gateway Casino's team. In this role, you will engage directly with guests, answering queries and managing cash float operations. Your customer service expertise will ensure a memorable experience while complying with gaming policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and manage casino promotions effectively
• Supervise slot machine reservations and operational compliance
• Verify cash and jackpot payouts for guests
• Ensure all slot machines are fully functional
• Maintain awareness of machine and patron activity
Requirements:
• Proven experience with public interaction and cash handling
• Superior customer service skills in dynamic settings
• Basic understanding of slot machine operations is advantageous
• Certification (Serv Safe or equivalent) required
• Capability to stand and lift items regularly
