As the Theatre Manager with Kamloops Film Society, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Paramount Theatre's operations and staff. You will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure seamless theatre management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational processes and facility maintenance

• Manage training and scheduling for FOH staff and volunteers

• Create a comprehensive Operations Manual and staff guidelines

• Ensure compliance with health standards and service regulations

• Promote community engagement through arts programming

Requirements:

• 2-3 years venue management or hospitality experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage staff effectively

• Experience with operational compliance and financial reporting

• Preferred diploma in business or hospitality

• Obtain Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications
