Position: Events Coordinator at Revelstoke Mountain Resort

Join Revelstoke Mountain Resort as an Events Coordinator focusing on Entertainment & AV. Oversee dynamic on-mountain events, blending creativity with technical execution for an unforgettable guest experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Events Manager to plan and execute various aspects of events, particularly the après music program. Strong organizational skills, creativity, and knowledge of event production technologies are essential for success. You will manage vendor relationships, artist communications, and entertainment programming to ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed event plans with the Events Manager

• Assist in logistics and vendor coordination for events

• Schedule and manage onsite entertainment, including DJs

• Operate and troubleshoot the outdoor LED screen content

• Support post-event evaluation and improvements

Requirements:

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in event coordination preferred

• Knowledge of live event production and AV equipment

• Physical stamina for on-site event setup
