Licensed Wealth Management Associate

Licensed Associate opportunities in Kamloops center on client service, trade follow-up, and accurate wealth management administration. Work full time within RBC Dominion Securities.

RBC Dominion Securities seeks a licensed Associate for an established Private Investment Management team. You will support clients and coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Investment Advisors, departments, and specialists. The work includes account reviews, problem resolution, wealth management tracking, and communication channels.

• Provide world class service and resolve client account inquiries
• Follow up on trades for proper settlement and delivery
• Review daily activity through internal reports and applications
• Gather documents, enter data, track progress, and follow up
• Update websites, Linked In, Facebook, brochures, and newsletters

• Exceptional client service skills and experience
• Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE
• Administrative experience, preferably from another firm
• Dominion Securities systems knowledge is an asset
• Undergraduate degree is an asset
