Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and provide oversight to Bylaw Enforcement Officers
• Coordinate and manage daily enforcement operations
• Investigate and process complex bylaw complaints
• Encourage public education and voluntary compliance
• Prepare and maintain accurate enforcement records
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education
• Post-secondary education in related fields required
• Seven years' experience as a Bylaw Enforcement Officer
• Three years of supervisory or policing experience preferred
• Knowledge of bylaws and enforcement processes
Your expertise in law enforcement and community engagement will directly contribute to Salmon Arm's safety and compliance initiatives.
