The Lash Technician will be responsible for performing eyelash extension applications, assisting with retail sales, and ensuring clients have a relaxing and satisfying experience.

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a natural and beautiful look for each client
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and treatments based on individual preferences and eye shapes
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Manage duties such as greeting clients and processing payments.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through friendly communication and follow-up care recommendations

• Proven experience with eyelash extensions application preferred; certification or training is a plus
• Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming environment for clients
• Detail-oriented with a steady hand and good eye for symmetry and aesthetics
