We are committed to enhancing the well-being of our residents, focusing on geriatric individuals and short stay clients.

How you will make a difference:
As a Recreation Therapy Worker, you will play a vital role in implementing our established Recreation Therapy Program. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents to/from their programs, organizing engaging leisure and recreation therapy activities, and facilitating group sessions tailored to the diverse needs of our residents (social, physical, spiritual, etc.). Additionally, you'll be involved in one-to-one programs, fostering a personalized approach to resident care.

Reporting directly to the Supervisor/Recreation Therapist, you will provide valuable insights into resident progress, behavior, and contribute suggestions for program improvements.

Position Information:
This is a relief full time position until the return of incumbent. This position works rotating day shifts from 08:00 to 16:00. This position qualifies for our comprehensive benefits package. Relief roles serve as a stepping-stone, with opportunities to transition into regular employment.
