Join Connective as a temporary full-time Community Living Worker in Kamloops. This role provides essential outreach to clients with mental health and developmental issues, ensuring they receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify client needs and develop care strategies
• Plan and conduct counseling sessions individually and in groups
• Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to support clients
• Engage with clients to track their engagement with community services
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary
Requirements:
• Two years experience working with mental health clients
• Diploma in Human/Social Services preferred
• Current First Aid certification required
• Class 5 driver's license needed
• Criminal Records Check is a must
