Position: Temporary Community Living Worker at Connective
Join Connective as a temporary full-time Community Living Worker in Kamloops. This role provides essential outreach to clients with mental health and developmental issues, ensuring they receive the support they need.

Connective is dedicated to creating inclusive communities. As a Community Living Worker, you will conduct outreach services to assist clients facing various challenges. You will develop personalized care plans, monitor their progress, and facilitate access to community resources. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify client needs and develop care strategies

• Plan and conduct counseling sessions individually and in groups

• Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to support clients

• Engage with clients to track their engagement with community services

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary

Requirements:

• Two years experience working with mental health clients

• Diploma in Human/Social Services preferred

• Current First Aid certification required

• Class 5 driver's license needed

• Criminal Records Check is a must
