This permanent part-time role includes a flexible schedule, working Tuesday through Thursday with every other Monday. As a Dietitian, you will assess patient nutrition needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient well-being. You'll provide counseling, monitor patient progress, and advise on menu development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on nutrition strategies
• Deliver educational sessions and counseling to patients
• Advise food service staff on menu and nutrition care
Requirements:
• Registration as a Dietitian in British Columbia
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Experience in menu development an asset
