Join our team as a Psychiatric Nurse dedicated to providing vital mental health support. This role emphasizes conducting assessments, crisis interventions, and developing collaborative care plans. You will collaborate closely with various health professionals to enhance continuity of care while maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive mental health and crisis assessments
• Develop crisis response and follow-up care plans
• Monitor medication adherence and client progress
• Facilitate access to psychiatric and emergency services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective care
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN or RPN) in good standing
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mental health services
• Crisis intervention training completed
• Experience with Indigenous communities preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
