As a member of our Medical Imaging Department, you'll work on rotating night shifts and assist in conducting magnetic resonance imaging exams. You'll also support Radiologists and provide direction to student personnel, all while ensuring patient-centric care. The role emphasizes flexibility and teamwork in a supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct magnetic resonance imaging exams accurately
• Support Radiologists in imaging procedures
• Enter patient data into RIS PACS systems
• Mentor and guide trainees and student technologists
• Ensure adherence to imaging safety protocols
Requirements:
• Certified graduate from an accredited MRI program
• Active certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
• Proven experience in a medical imaging setting
• Adaptable with scheduling requirements
• Passion for providing culturally responsive healthcare
