In this full-time permanent position, you'll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across healthcare sites through effective planning and project oversight. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to uphold regulatory standards and manage contractor relationships, thereby ensuring continuous service delivery improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the operations of health facility maintenance staff
• Participate in budget development and capital planning
• Supervise recruitment, performance, and staffing issues
• Coordinate construction projects with external contractors
• Maintain computerized maintenance management schedules
Requirements:
• Proven experience in operations and maintenance management
• Strong skills in project management and scheduling
• Effective communication skills with contractors and teams
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance
• Familiarity with codes and regulations for healthcare
