Casual Rehabilitation Assistant

Join the Ponderosa Lodge as a Casual Rehabilitation Assistant in Kamloops. Support clients' rehabilitation under the guidance of healthcare professionals with flexible hours throughout the week.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team in long-term care. You will assist in implementing rehabilitation treatment plans while monitoring patient progress. Flexibility is essential, as casual hours can vary depending on facility needs and are available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients under professional supervision

• Assist with rehabilitative treatment plans and programs

• Monitor and evaluate the progression of residents

• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Maintain a supportive and welcoming environment

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program

• Equivalent education, training, or experience considered

• Valid B.C. Driver's License if applicable
