Reporting to qualified therapists, you will assist in implementing treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance residents’ quality of life.
Your role is crucial in monitoring patient progress and aiding therapists during evaluations, allowing for both personal and professional growth within a caring community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the execution of rehabilitation treatment programs
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes
• Help assess and record the progress of residents
• Encourage patient participation in therapies and exercises
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient areas
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in healthcare or rehabilitation preferred
