In this role, you will support adults through social, physical, and vocational programs. You will help individuals develop independence and confidence while forming meaningful connections within their community. Your responsibilities encompass personal care, mobility assistance, and collaboration with caregivers and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients in sports and recreational activities

• Assist with food preparation and safe handling

• Support clients with mobility challenges

• Monitor personal health needs and administer personal care

• Co-develop and implement individual plans for clients

Requirements:

• Community Support Worker Certificate or diploma preferred

• One year of related experience with diverse abilities

• BC Class 4 Driver's License or agreement to obtain

• Consent to Criminal Record Checks

• Willingness to complete necessary training
