Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize lived experience to support clients effectively

• Collaborate within the ACT team for individualized care

• Advocate for clients’ needs and circumstances

• Coach clients in their wellness plans and goals

• Provide supportive counselling and resource assistance

Requirements:

• Lived experience of mental health issues or substance use

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
