This essential role involves dispensing prescriptions and offering timely assistance in pharmacy services. You'll be responsible for customer interactions, referral management, and maintaining confidentiality in all transactions. Efficiently handling prescription workflows and administrative duties ensures smooth pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with prescriptions
• Support pharmacists by handling inquiries
• Maintain the cash register and process payments
• Manage incoming telephone calls and faxes
• Prepare and submit medication orders following procedures
Requirements:
• High School Diploma mandatory
• Previous experience in a pharmacy preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
