Addictions Care Worker Night Shift Position

Take on a pivotal role as an Addictions Worker in the Night Shift for A New Tomorrow’s In-Patient Treatment Program. You will deliver essential services and participate in client wellness initiatives tailored for recovery.

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team focused on providing exceptional care to individuals recovering from substance misuse. This position calls for innovative strategies to promote client engagement and recovery capital.

Your role will also involve adherence to important policies and regulations throughout the care process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in ongoing client assessments and evaluations

• Implement individualized care plans and wellness activities

• Maintain detailed documentation per accreditation standards

• Advocate for clients during crises and high conflict scenarios

• Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are met

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• One year of recovery experience required

• Certification in First Aid and CPR

• WHIMS certification necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
