Position: Occupational Therapist for Community Care
Location: 100 mile house

Interior Health is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support community care in 100 Mile House. This full-time role offers the chance to provide rehabilitation services until December 2027.
The position allows you to deliver subacute care in community and long-term settings. You'll receive referrals from clients needing Home Health services and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Being part of a supportive environment, you will enhance health outcomes within the dynamic community of 100 Mile House.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy in community homes and facilities

• Collaborate with medical professionals for patient recovery

• Handle referrals and provide targeted rehabilitation

• Perform local travel to meet clients and assess needs

• Foster a supportive work environment focused on well-being
Requirements:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00

• Background in Occupational Therapy related to rehabilitation

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Reliable access to transportation for local travel

• Commitment to supporting diverse community health
