Addictions Support Worker - Nights

Become an Addictions Support Worker at A New Tomorrow’s In-Patient Treatment Program, focusing on individuals in recovery during night shifts. Your work will contribute directly to client care and programming.
In this role, you will be an essential member of a multidisciplinary team, reporting to the Support Services Manager. You will support and implement client-centered care plans, participate in programming, and ensure successful communication within the team. Your experience in addiction and mental health services will be valuable in building trust and strategies for client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform client assessments and continuous evaluations
• Deliver engaging programming and recreational activities
• Communicate effective client care measures and routines
• Document client information per licensing standards
• Respond to emergencies and provide direct support
Requirements:
• High school diploma is required
• At least one year of recovery experience
• Valid Driver’s License with First Aid certification
• Completion of WHIMS training
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
