In your role, you will focus on maintaining the accuracy of patient records through quantitative analysis and data entry. You'll also monitor electronic tracking systems and assist healthcare professionals in documentation. This position requires you to handle inquiries in compliance with legal and organizational standards while performing reception duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy through quantitative analysis of patient records
• Maintain and monitor electronic tracking for patient charts
• Type various memos and reports for medical staff
• Organize and file patient documentation systematically
• Respond to patient information inquiries per established policies
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 and Medical Terminology course
• Two years of relevant experience or an equivalent qualification
• Typing speed: 55 wpm or more, certified by a valid institution
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
• Understanding of health documentation practices
