The Adult Mental Health and Substance Use Worker role calls for collaboration with clinical partners to aid individuals dealing with homelessness, mental health disorders, and substance use issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinical teams on treatment and safety plans

• Respond to crises using non-violent de-escalation techniques

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mental Health or related field

• Two years of relevant experience in care

• Strong knowledge of mental health and addiction issues

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Understanding of Indigenous culture and history
