Key Responsibilities:
• Register and confirm patient appointments
• Answer phones and manage medical correspondence
• Type and process medical records accurately
• Assist in maintaining medical supplies and equipment
• Support sensitive examination procedures and routine measurements
Requirements:
• Relevant two years of experience or an equivalent
• Medical Office Assistant certification required
• Typing test of at least 40 wpm needed
• Graduate from Grade 12
• Capability to ensure patient confidentiality
