Platform Engineer – Cloud Networking (AWS) – Powering Gaming Experiences

We’re looking for a Platform Engineer – Cloud Networking (AWS) to help build reliable, high‑performance gaming platforms.

• Operate and optimize low‑latency, high‑availability AWS network architectures that serve millions of players and real‑time transactional systems.
• Build and maintain AWS VPC architectures supporting real‑time gaming workloads.
• Optimize routing paths, connectivity, and integrations to reduce latency.
• Implement network security controls using Security Groups, NACLs, WAF, Firewall Manager, Private Link
  .
• Enforce gaming‑industry compliance and data protection through segmented network architectures.
• Manage connectivity for cloud services, transactional gaming systems, and real‑time game event streaming using Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, and Load Balancers (ALB/NLB/Gateway LB, F5‑BIG IP LTM).
• Manage networking infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, and Git Ops workflows
  , building reusable network modules and enforcing version control and peer‑reviewed deployments.
• Implement deep network monitoring using VPC Flow Logs, Cloud Watch, ELK/EFK, Grafana & Prometheus to identify and troubleshoot latency, packet drops, routing inefficiencies, and scaling bottlenecks.
• Collaborate closely with Dev Ops, SRE, platform, and security engineers to ensure fast, secure, and uninterrupted gameplay.

A College Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics
, or a related technical field.

• 3+ years in Network Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Dev Ops, or related roles.
• Practical experience running production systems in AWS
  .

• AWS Networking Services: VPC, TGW, DX, Global Accelerator, Route
  53, NAT, ENI, Load Balancers.
• Network Protocols: DNS, BGP, TLS, VPN, IPsec, HTTP/2+, TCP/UDP optimization.
• Security & Traffic Control: WAF, SG/NACL, Firewall Manager, IAM, Private Link.
• IaC & Automation: Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, Git, CI/CD.
• Monitoring & Diagnostics: Cloud Watch, VPC Flow Logs, ELK, Grafana, X‑Ray.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Sys Ops Administrator – Associate, AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty).
