Position: Supervisor for Technology Services and Training
Elevate technology support at the York County School Division by taking on the role of Technology Services and Training Supervisor. Oversee a dedicated team while spearheading user engagement and training initiatives that make a difference in K-12 education.

You will be responsible for managing Tier I and Tier II specialists, guiding training and proactive support to enhance user experiences. Collaborating with school administrators and IT teams, your efforts will ensure all technology services operate smoothly. Your customer-focused leadership will help shape future strategies and practices for effective tech integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the performance and development of tech support staff

• Design and implement effective user training programs

• Engage in ongoing performance evaluations and feedback

• Ensure proactive technology support and service continuity

• Analyze support trends for continuous enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technology field

• At least three years of experience in technical support

• Supervisory skills preferred

• Strong ability to communicate with various audiences

• Must hold a valid Virginia driver’s license
