Pattison Media, a leader in independent media, is seeking a Technical Services Manager with a strong background in broadcasting and technology. You will lead and mentor a team of technicians while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Your knowledge of workflows, broadcast systems, and troubleshooting will be essential in driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the technical team, training junior technicians
• Develop and manage capital and operating budgets
• Maintain audio/video studio and transmission equipment
• Oversee broadcast systems like Wide Orbit and Burli
• Identify workflow improvements and new technology integration
Requirements:
• Graduate of an Electronics Technician or Technologist program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining broadcast systems
• Knowledge of IP networking and server infrastructure is preferred
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects
