Enhance your technical skills as a Technical Support Assistant focused on systems and technology. You'll provide crucial support to staff while tackling a variety of hardware and software issues.
In this role, you will be responsible for fielding calls from staff requiring technical support for various systems. Your tasks will include logging incidents, troubleshooting issues, and helping implement new software functionalities. Building relationships with various departments will be essential as you assist with their technical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to staff through calls
• Log and resolve software and hardware incidents
• Update technical documentation regularly
• Assist with software testing and implementation
• Install and configure hardware and software
Requirements:
• Previous technical support experience is an asset
• Strong analytical and organizational skills required
• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
• Courses in computer programming or network administration are a plus
• Must be an intermediate to advanced skier or snowboarder
