The ideal candidate will hold a post-secondary diploma in information systems, and relevant Microsoft certifications, alongside a minimum of three years in end-user support, including managing Windows and iOS endpoints. This position emphasizes independent and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for clients
• Support hardware, software, and security systems
• Manage Windows and iOS endpoints effectively
• Assist in network configurations and troubleshooting
• Maintain thorough documentation of support activities
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in information systems
• Three years experience in end-user support
• Microsoft 365 certifications (expired accepted)
• Valid BC Driver’s licence – Class 5
• Ability to obtain RCMP enhanced security clearance
