You'll be tasked with providing technical assistance to staff members, logging and resolving incidents involving software, hardware, and networks. You'll also contribute to the documentation process while supporting new software functionalities and staff training. Relationship building is crucial as you interact with various departments to fulfill their technical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field support calls from staff members
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents
• Maintain and consult on technical documentation
• Support testing phases for software upgrades
• Install and configure necessary hardware and software
Requirements:
• Prior experience in technical support preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills essential
• Proven organizational abilities needed
• Familiarity with computer programming or network administration advantageous
• Intermediate to advanced skiing or snowboarding skills required
