We need a skilled Network Operations Centre Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in IT services. Your responsibilities will include monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high service uptime for our customers across Canada. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and vendors while delivering excellent customer support and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts actively
• Troubleshoot network, system, and application issues
• Ensure maximum uptime by applying best practices
• Provide consultative support and solutions for customers
• Document incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems
Requirements:
• 2+ years in data center or managed IT services
• Strong understanding of IP networking and TCP/IP
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic 24/7 environment
