Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve diverse IT support requests efficiently
• Provide hardware and software assistance
• Oversee Windows and iOS endpoint management
• Manage network functionalities including DNS and DHCP
• Document all troubleshooting and support actions
Requirements:
• Diploma in information systems required
• Minimum three years of technical support experience
• Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications preferred
• Class 5 BC Driver’s licence essential
• Eligible to obtain RCMP enhanced clearance
