Support the Nicola Valley Shelter and Support Society as a Help Desk Technician, delivering vital tech assistance and administrative support. This role engages with staff across various programs in an office environment.
As a Help Desk Technician at NVSSS, you'll handle day-to-day technical and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include offering technical support for Microsoft 365 and other software, troubleshooting device issues, and assisting with administrative operations. This position is perfect for youth passionate about Information Technology, Help Desk Support, or Business Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support to staff
• Troubleshoot printer and software issues
• Respond to support requests via various channels
• Assist with Microsoft 365 and office operations
• Support onboarding and training documentation
Requirements:
• Education in IT or related fields
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience in records management is an asset
