As a System Administrator, you’ll collaborate with a senior IT team to maintain and secure technology systems across Dawson Group. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, supporting Microsoft 365 services, and managing devices. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT helpdesk support and resolve tickets
• Install and configure PCs, printers, and peripherals
• Support audio-visual systems for collaboration
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and security
• Monitor system performance for continuous uptime
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science
• 3-5 years of system administration experience
• Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and backups
• AI tools experience is an asset
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
