Vivacity is currently working with a number of organizations to help accelerate their digital transformation. This includes initiatives such as IT resilience, disaster recovery, cloud strategies, document management and cyber security. We are a change agent to help support our clients long-term growth and strategy.

What we need

We are seeking to hire an Information Technology Practice Lead to join our team and assist in the delivery of IT related projects and support our goal of being the trusted technology partner. In this role you will help and support the following:

  • Lead client engagements to deliver digital transformation and IT related projects.
  • Ensure services, project work and reports are delivered in a quality manner and in compliance with all client and Vivacity Technology standards.
  • Have a deep knowledge of IT shared-services, with an ability to correlate IT with an organization's operational and business teams.
  • Significant experience with implementing Microsoft 365 services, including on premise and cloud-based environments.
  • Conducted strong change management practices, with an awareness of ITIL Change Management best practices an asset.
  • Strong awareness and ability to enact cyber security programs to protect an organization's applications, data and staff. Experience and deep understanding of cyber security best practices is an asset.
  • Experience with implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions for an organization, either leading initiatives or as part of a team.
  • Implemented structures and frameworks around IT Governance, including project management, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
  • Supported the strategy and implementation of cloud environments, including private and public clouds.
  • Experience and knowledge of data centre technologies, including automation/orchestration and containers, to evolve and streamline exceptional IT services to an organization.
  • Strong desire and ability to drive the digital transformation of an organization, making sizable changes to support and accelerate growth.

Qualifications and Other Assets
