Co-op in Leadership and Development

Location: Logan Lake

Join Teck's Leadership and Development Co-op in Logan Lake, BC, for 8 months of hands-on learning. This full-time, on-site position requires a student eager to drive workforce training improvements.

Ideal candidates will embrace the chance to provide key insights into training programs while enhancing safety and productivity within Highland Valley Copper operations. Through this role, you will drive the development of learning initiatives using analytics to fill capability gaps and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and practices

• Manage scheduling and tracking of training programs

• Create dashboards to visualize training KPIs

• Evaluate training effectiveness using data science methods

• Support the development of training sessions with digital tools

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in relevant fields such as Data Science

• Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills

• Exposure to data modeling principles considered a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Learning Management Systems

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
