Position: Project Manager with BCLC's PMO
Drive significant projects as a Project Manager within BCLC's PMO. Work dynamically to ensure project success in a purpose-driven, remote-friendly organization in BC.

BCLC is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead strategic, large-scale initiatives. You will utilize your extensive project management experience and skills to coordinate various team activities and stakeholder engagements. The role emphasizes adherence to industry best practices and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of strategic initiatives through PMO

• Develop and manage project plans with key stakeholders

• Perform risk assessments and devise contingency plans

• Oversee project quality control and documentation

• Work with vendors to ensure deliverable compliance

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in technology plus relevant experience

• 7-10 years in managing large technology projects

• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2

• Expertise in agile methodologies

• Strong analytical and communication ability
