The Mill Reliability Engineer - Grinding is a full-time, on-site role located in Logan Lake, BC. The role involves improving the reliability and performance of grinding equipment in a milling environment by conducting failure analyses, implementing reliability-centered maintenance practices, and addressing equipment issues through troubleshooting. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving equipment uptime and optimizing operational processes.

• Expertise in Reliability Engineering and Reliability Centered Maintenance
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Failure Analysis
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing grinding equipment issues
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering field
• Previous experience in the mining or milling industry is an asset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance tools and technologies is a plus
