Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and educate clients on insurance products
• Manage and nurture client relationships actively
• Understand and address clients’ unique insurance needs
• Provide superior customer service to improve retention
• Assist with underwriting principles and recommendations
Requirements:
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Industry experience preferred, at least 6 months
• Insurance broker level 1 license or CAIB/CIP in progress
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
