SCHEDULE:
COMPRESSED WORK WEEK (9-HOUR DAYSHIFTS, EVERY OTHER FRIDAY OFF)
This position integrates the core responsibilities of a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Technician with advanced condition‑monitoring practices. The role involves performing routine lubrication tasks such as oiling and greasing, while also applying diagnostic technologies including ultrasound inspection, vibration analysis, and oil analysis. The primary focus is to enhance asset reliability, monitor equipment health, and support proactive maintenance strategies that reduce unplanned downtime.
Lubrication& PM Tasks:
Ensuring proper oiling, greasing, and routine mechanical care, notification creation in SAP
Condition Monitoring:Using ultrasound, vibration tools, and fluid analysis to detect early signs of equipment degradation.
Asset Reliability:Identifying trends, reporting anomalies, and supporting long‑term reliability improvements.
Equipment Health Assessment:Tracking asset condition to guide maintenance planning and optimize equipment life cycles.
Your Responsibilities- Preventative maintenance inspections (including repairs and adjustments);
- Complete documentation of inspections and Precision Installation;
- Follow company policies for safety and maintenance;
- Operate hoisting / lifting equipment complete documentation;
- Troubleshoot machinery problems that are impacting production and take action;
- Maintain a clean and orderly work place.
Skills And Abilities

- Ability to manage time and multi-task to accomplish a variety of assignments with conflicting priorities and deadlines;

- Detail oriented.
- Grade 12
- Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright Certification
- Experience in best practice Preventative Maintenance techniques
- Proven self-starter
- Ultra Sound/ Vibration experience
- SAP experience
